Men's Soccer Falls at IWU

The Monmouth College men's soccer team lost a non-conference game 3-0 at Illinois Wesleyan on September 18.

Neither team scored in the first 39 minutes before IWU won a penalty They converted the spot kick in the 40th minute and took a 1-0 lead into halftime.

The Titans netted in the 77th and 84th minute to finish the scoring. Monmouth goalkeeper Alejandro Zamarripa (El Paso, Texas) made a season and career-high eight saves in the game
