Galesburg Legion Baseball fan Ray Jacobs has followed Legion Post 285 Baseball and Galesburg High School Ball since 1964. Ray married the love of his life in 1962.
Richard Bern had breakfast at the Galesburg Veterans Hall 1001 Michigan Avenue July 12th. Breakfast is served to veterans every Tuesday morning 7:00 a.m. The breakfast is donated by Tres Cafe. Richard served in the Army for two years 1959-1960.

Students from the Knox County YMCA Soultions program visited the Galesburg Veterans Hall 1001 Michigan Avenue to pick up free school supplies donated by Dollar General Galesburg. The students went through the military museum that is located there. The students were very inquisitive about items on display.
