Men's Golf Compete at Knox Invite over Weekend

The Monmouth men's golf teams finished in seventh place on Sunday at the two-day Knox Invitational. The Scots posted a team score of 321 on Saturday and a score of 339 on Sunday, finishing 69 shots behind the winners from Central.

Ganon Greenman (Alpha, Illinois) led the Scots with an 11th place finish. He shot even par 72 on Saturday and a +8 80 on Sunday for a total of 152. Briggs Bossert (Evanston, Illinois) finished in 26th place with a 79 on Saturday and an 80 on Sunday for a total of 159

Cole Reavis (Buena Vista, Colorado) and Luke Foster (Galesburg, Illinois) tied for 33rd with a total of 170. Reavis shot 82 on Saturday and 88 on Sunday while Foster, playing as an individual, shot an 85 on both days.

Declan Flynn (Monmouth, Illinois) shot 88 on Saturday and 91 on Sunday for a 179 total to finish 39th. Playing as an individual, CJ Pugh (Abingdon, Illinois) shot 101 on Saturday and 92 on Sunday to finish 40th with a 193. Thomas Henson (Geneseo, Illinois) finished 41st with a 100 on Saturday and 104 on Sunday for a 204 total. .

The Scots are next in action on April 26 and 27 with the Augustana Invitational.
