Knox Men's Basketball Blows Out Emmaus Bible College

The Prairie Fire men's basketball team picked up a 94-51 victory over Emmaus Bible College on Friday night.

Knox and the Eagles were tied 4-4 early in the game before Knox used an 8-0 run to take the lead. The Prairie Fire continued to pull away from Emmaus to lead 56-28 at halftime.

The pace slowed down in the second half, but Knox still outscored the Eagles 38-23 to cruise to the win.

Sean Gallery led the Prairie Fire with 18 points on 6-of-10 shooting. He also knocked down 6-of-7 free throws. Sean O'Neal racked up a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Andrew Milot added 11 points on a 5-of-7 showing from the field.

Knox shot 56.2 percent for the night and outrebounded the Eagles 54-32.

"We played very well tonight, especially in the passing game. We shared the ball extremely well," said head coach Ben Davis. "It was great to get a lot of guys involved tonight. Now we head to Hawaii."

The Prairie Fire will travel to Hawaii next week to take on Lewis and Clark and Whitworth.
