Save the date! Western Illinois University will be celebrating the inauguration of its 13th president, Kristi Mindrup, at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16 in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall.

Mindrup began her term as WIU’s first female president on Dec. 6, 2024, after previously serving as interim president since April 2024.
