Vendors and Exhibitors:
It's hard to believe, but the 26th Galesburg Railroad Days Train & Toy Show is this weekend! As you know, this year's Show will be held at Knox College's T. Fleming Fieldhouse, 199 E. Knox St., Galesburg, IL 61401. Please see the attached map showing the Main Entrance, Setup Only Parking, and Vendor Parking areas.
Please keep in mind the following:
Setup Times - Doors open Friday (June 25th) at 8:00 am and close at 9:00 pm; Saturday (June 26th) at 6:00 am
Parking - For setup ONLY, you can temporarily park across the street from the Fieldhouse (see yellow marking on map). Once you complete setup, park in any of the Vendor Parking designated areas (see red markings on map). You cannot park on the grass.
Registration - Enter by using the Main Entrance (yellow star on map). You will be assigned your badge(s) and shown the table location.
Assistance - There will be a limited number of helpers available to assist you in moving in and out; however, there is no guarantee of assistance.
Golf Cart Shuttle Service - A golf cart will be available to take you to and from your vehicle.
Food - There will be food and refreshment available for sale at the concessions stand. Please note that the signs posted about no food in the Fieldhouse are only for guests and do not pertain to vendors.
Tear Down Times - All vendors and exhibitors must be out of the Fieldhouse by Sunday at 8:00 pm.
