Discovery Depot Kids Craft at Discovery Depot 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission $9 for ages 1 and up. $1 for activity with admission. Kids will be able to paint train whistle lanyards to take home! The Burlington Northern Caboose will be open to the public to tour for FREE during the open hours. Concessions will be available by the Caboose as well.
Wilson Family Carnival 6 to 10 p.m. at the Square. Mega bands $50 all sessions. Super bands $20 one session.
Friday June 25

Galesburg Railroad Museum 12 to 4 p.m. at 211 South Seminary Street. $6 for adults ages 17 and up. $3 for children ages 8 to 16. Free children under 7 with paid adult. Tours of the railroad cars and building with the souvenir shop inside.

Saturday June 26
Model Train and Railroadiana Showcase 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at T. Fleming Fieldhouse at Knox College. On Saturday only 8:30 a.m. early bird admission $10. $5 for ages 13 and up. Free for ages 12 and under. It’s the biggest event of its kind in the Midwest! There are over 300 table of model trains, books, videos, t-shirts, and memorabilia, with more than six model railroad layouts and displays, and over 80 vendors. The toy show has over 50 vendor tables, filled with toys and collectibles, Hot Wheels and NASCAR included, as well as, military toys, dolls, coins, LEGO, and sports cards. Railroad and toy enthusiasts of all ages won’t want to miss out!
Standish Park Arts and Crafts Mark 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Standish Park. Free for all ages. This one day only event allows you to stroll through a beautiful park, enjoy artist and crafter demonstrations and booths, live music, local food, and family art activities.

East Main Kids Games 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 200 East Main Street. Free for all ages! Activities and fun for the whole family. Big wheel races 11:30 a.m. sign up races start at 12 p.m. $2 for kids and $3 for adults. 3 point basketball shootout 11:30 a.m. sign up shootout starts at 12 p.m. $2 for kids and $3 for adults.
Galesburg Historical Society Railroad Peck Park Shuttle 12 to 4 p.m. at 211 S Seminary Street. Shuttle to Peck Park for train site viewing! The shuttle will leave every 15 minutes from The Railroad Museum to Peck Park for live music, food vendors, historical train information, and kids activities!

Petting Zoo 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at O.T. Johnson Grass Lot. Free for all ages. A variety of small, friendly animals, including goats, pigs, lambs, and ponies for petting with feeding opportunities for the kids!
Firefighter’s Water Fights 11 a.m. at Main Street between Kellogg and Seminary Street. Free for all ages. Teams of firefighters from area fire departments compete against one another by spraying hose streams at a suspended barrel on a cable cross the opposing line (Firefighters tug-of-war). Kids games will be off to the side of the water fight area to enjoy. Free will donations will be accepted to support their fundraiser - Muscular Dystrophy Association - as a part of Fill the Boot campaign.
Kids Pedal Pull 11 a.m. at Intersection of Main and Cherry Street. Free for all ages. Kids up to 110 lbs can join in the fun! There will be a pedal tractor challenge to see who can pull weights to the finish line. Fun and prizes guaranteed!

Western Illinois Antique Auto Club 36th Railroad Showcase of Cars Cruise In 4 to 8 p.m. at East Main Street. Free for all ages. $12 entry for participants. Classic cars, hot rods, coupes and buggies, and many more marvels will line Main Street as they come out for a Saturday Cruise In!
