Knox County Area Partnership for Economic Development hosts Annual Meeting

The Knox County Area Partnership for Economic Development or KCAP, is hosting their

Annual Meeting on June 16th from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Historic Orpheum Theatre in Downtown Galesburg.

This is a public event where regional business and community leaders as well as community members gather to discuss issues of economic growth and development.

The event is free and all are encouraged to attend. The feature presentation this year will be a panel discussion led by five individuals who have recently relocated to the area. They will explore how the Knox County area is viewed by outsiders and the factors that led to each person’s decision to choose Knox County. The panel includes Candace D’Agnolo, BJ Dieterich, Jessica Donaldson, Taylor McCabe-Juhnke, and Joshua Seifert.

This is an event geared towards decision-makers, businesses, elected officials, and any community member interested in where our economy is today and where it is headed tomorrow. RSVPs are welcomed, but not mandatory.
