AERIAL DANCE CHICAGO WILL DANCE TO SOARING HEIGHTS AT THE ORPHEUM THEATRE

Aerial Dance Chicago will take to the sky on Saturday, April 15 at 7:30pm at The Orpheum Theatre for a performance that launches concert dance into the creative and expressive possibilities of the vertical realm. The concert, Written on the Body, is a specially curated mix of daring new work alongside signature choreography and audience favorites from the past two decades of Aerial Dance Chicago’s original choreography. This program also highlights a new creation by ADC, performed by Knox College students and dancers from the local community. This concert is produced through a partnership between the Knox College Dance Department and The Orpheum Theatre!

AERIAL DANCE CHICAGO is a contemporary dance company, created in 1999 and guided by the original creative vision of Founder & Artistic Director Chloe Jensen. Characterized by extraordinary physicality and originality, the company's work has been shared across the United States at theaters, museums, schools, universities and festivals, touching people of all walks of life with the transformative power of aerial dance. In 2014, ADC opened Chicago’s premiere dance center dedicated to the art of aerial dance, offering cutting-edge curriculum for students of all ages, beginner through professional. As ADC moves forward, creating, performing and teaching, the company continues to transcend the limits of dance and inspire people to rise to their highest potential.
