GALESBURG, Illinois -- Knox College is offering Summer Term from June 9 to July 2, with courses that are open to current Knox students, students from other institutions, continuing education students, and high-achieving high school students. Registration is open through May 7. Please see the Knox Summer Term web page for further details and course registration procedures.
Members of Knox’s nationally recognized faculty will teach all Summer Term courses, which are designed to provide students with opportunities to engage in new challenges, broaden their academic studies, stay on pace for graduation, and prepare for careers.
“Summer Term is a great option for students who already attend Knox, for other college and high school students, and for lifelong learners,” said Michael Schneider, Provost and Dean of the College. “Summer Term students will have an authentic human-powered Knox experience, learning alongside a world-class faculty of scholars and researchers and bright, talented students of diverse backgrounds from across the country and around the world.”
All Summer Term courses will be held during a single 3.5-week session, with courses offered in remote, hybrid, and on-campus modes of delivery. Each regular course is worth 1.0 Knox credit (with the exception of CTL 161).
Registration for Summer Term ends on May 7, 2021.
